Why Students Should Participate in STEM Activities: A Harmony Plus Team Member’s Experience as a CASPA Judge & The Importance of Learning STEM at a Young Age
On August 14, 2021, Harmony Plus was invited as a judge for CASPA (Chinese American Semiconductor Association) Science Fair! Though Harmony Plus only judged the middle school section, we were in the presence of several talented kids, as young as 11 years old, with projects in game development, mathematical modeling, decoding, a bio-fuel lighter, and more. It was incredible to see the young participants’ creativity and skills as they executed their ideas.
