On March 30th, “Harmony Plus Future Leader Academy: A Leadership Program Co-Developed by Students,” an academic paper co-authored by Matthew Brown, Future Leader Academy (FLA) mentor, and five FLA students, was published in the International Journal of Business & Management Research. This well-known academic journal will feature the paper in its latest issue (Volume: 9, Issue: 2 ). As co-authors, the names of the five FLA students will also be published, which will be a stepping stone to enter prestigious schools in the future.
